DIY Bow Tie Necklace

I've seen bow tie necklaces a few times lately (and I love them) and I really had wanted to try out the eyelets i recently bought so I thought of this as the perfect chance...

Plastic Inspiration

So I have been thinking about trying to make a necklace I saw a while back made out of melted plastic bottles. Once you warp the sides a little bit with fire it resembles a flower. The only problem is is that I can’t seem to find the original diy instructions I saw that inspired me but looking at Street Peeper I found this picture which made me really want to work with plastic as a jewelry medium:
